And this is what I like and dislike about the Japanese version so far.
1) One of the reasons I bought the game is for the Japanese exclusive song at the Concert Hall, Enka.

The Outgoing one is the cutest, they start shaking there head no while both hands. — Building description, Tomodachi Life The concert hall is a location in Tomodachi Life.In this location, Miis can be made to sing songs, in a group or solo.When a Mii levels up, the player can give them a song as a level-up gift, which will unlock the song for them to sing.
2) The way the miis blush.

3) Not shown in the picture, but I love when a family takes a bath together.. it's like the cutest thing ever!
Unfortunately it was removed and blocked with a Shower door in all other versions.
4) The Easygoing Mii's arms.
5) The Showa era room, another reason I bought the US version too because I thought it was on there..but unfortunately it's not. (It's in the EU version I heard, lucky)
6) The gesture of the Outgoing Miis and Easygoing Miis when they're in love or thinking about having a baby.
It's also the gesture when the Easygoing is sad.
7) These outfits so far.

What I dislike! Like what was Nintendo thinking! Thank goodness it's not a thing in the other versions!
1) Single Miis can ask out married miis! It's possible on that game and it's really annoying, especially when they know several other single Miis.
2).... Adult and Children Miis can try and asked each other out and it's soooo weird and creepy.
It doesn't happen on my island a lot, but I just recently had one!

3) There's no Kite or Skateboard in the game and I usually forget.
